Get in touch

Use support for sign-in issues, broken sync, data questions, app-store review follow-ups, or account deletion questions.

Basic checks

If the app is not loading correctly, fully close it, reopen it, and make sure you are signed in with the intended account.

If data looks out of date, refresh the current screen and verify your device has a stable internet connection.

Sign-out and deletion

Sign out and account deletion are both available from the Account tab inside the app.

Deleting your account is intended to permanently remove your account and associated tracker data for this project.

If Apple App Review needs access, provide a working demo account and instructions in App Store Connect review notes.
